Missing item

I bought a treadmill, placed it in my house and I can’t find it. I cleared my two lots thinking I’ve put it somewhere I couldn’t see it, but no. 

When I check in the career collection items, the treadmill is green, which means I own it, but I have to pay for it again

It’s only a treadmill but I won’t pay twice for it and I keep having problems with the game. Yesterday I couldn’t find my sim. 

I already turned my phone off twice, I also deleted and reinstalled the app.

    @pw81hju5t6or It sounds like the item was never purchased. If you are not able to locate the item in the inventory or appropriate section of the items you own, and it shows you need to purchase the item again, we ask that you reach out to live support so that they can check the logs. We can see if the item went through or not so it may be a sync issue.

    Follow the steps on How to contact support article, and they will get you taken care of.
