I just got iOS update and it is there (I already got it last year). My game still bugged after Izzy fiasco. Reloaded, but lost all but two sims (70+ sims!) and the two remaining cannot hangout or do shifts/hobbies. Basically non-functioning and no help/only platitudes from EA. Just awful.
I purchased the Festival Pass and received it Yamachan Body in tier 27. I saw Yamachan Body in CAS. However, Some players did not see Yamachan Body in outfit in CAS. Whether it can be resolved or not depends on everyone.
I have updated TSM to the latest version before purchasing the Festival Pass.
