Missing Reward
Hello, I have been trying to get help for days between you and Tapjoy. Tapjoy confirmed I met the eligibility end I completed the requirements and was rewarded, but I am missing my reward still in my account. They told me to reach out to you all to get it reflected since there was nothing more they could do and I have been reaching out and I kept getting told to ask for in-game help. I repeatedly followed the steps to get in game help, and yet it kept bringing me back to general help. There’s obviously a disconnect somewhere on EA’s end and, I, as a customer is the one being negatively impacted by this. I am KINDLY asking for someone to get my reward reflected in my account ASAP. I can provide you with the case number where there’s proof associated with as well. I just need someone to actually help.
