Simcash offer error

I did a simcash offer on ipsy and bought the subscription. I have not received the simcash offer rewards. I am currently trying to figure it out and keep hitting dead ends. I love this game, used to play this as a kid and love that I'm finally able to play it on my mobile, but struggling with the simcash
