move out sim to decrease population so i can have a sim baby

hi, anyone can help me? im currently in level 8 now and im stuck because my sim population town is full.limit to 8 sim. now the current quest want me to put a baby in a crib but it says that populat...

@HanaHo29 If you have unlocked another lot and built a house, you can move a Sim of your choice to the new house from the neighbourhood map.

Open the neighbourhood map, tap on the house where your Sim lives. Select the Sim you want to move and then, tap on the house you want it to move to.
