My retirement- Sims Mobile

I’m level 21 in sims mobile. I play probably around 6-7 hours a day depending on what I’m doing. My first lot of sims have retired and that was around 5-6 days ago. How long do I have to wait to retire more sims?

You can retire your sim if they already choose the last 4 traits, and are able to be retired

Is there any ay to see how close a sim is to being able to retire? Some sort of indication of how long they have left after they've gotten their 4th personality trait.
