My sims mobile crashing

I try to click the sims app and it loads up until the moon shows up to switch to day and it completely crashes, been doing this for 3 days. I tried figuring out how to clear the cache on iPhone, but I guess it’s just offload app and I’ve done it about 10 times and it hasn’t done anything. I’ve tried on two different phones now and it’s still crashing anyone else having this problem.
