I recently purchased nalanis house and I can’t find it anywhere!!! I’ve looked everywhere it could be. Help?!!? What should I do please give step by step!!

To place a house template, you'd head into Build/Buy mode, and click the Designer Homes Catalog button at the lower right-hand corner. From here, you should be able to locate and place Nalani's home.
Are you not seeing it in the catalog here?
It‘s not there, I restored my purchases aswell. I don‘t know what to do next.

I bought nelanis summer gateway house 24 hours ago. I have checked my account and I have been charged for it. I have followed all the recommended steps, but I can’t find it in my catalogue. I have also shut down and rebooted. Can someone please help?
