Name Format for Sims Mobile?

Just started to play sims mobile while ago and then after reaching lvl 6 it asks me to enter a player name but whatever name I try to enter doesn't match with the format.
Can anybody tell me the format for it?

    Hi everyone,

    I guess you all already managed to change the name, but just in case you didn't or someone finds this thread in the future...:

    If this happens, please, close your game and open it again. You shoud be able to enter your name now ๐Ÿ™‚

    You still need to keep it to letters and numbers, no emojis or spaces please

    Sims mobile won't let me enter a name. Keeps saying name does not meet required formatting?!?

    I am having such a hard time trying to do the player name? Everything I put it tells me that it is not in the correct format? What are the requirements??

    Don't make it too long or short

    Don't use any special characters

    Don't use any foul language in the name

    What did you try to enter? The names I've seen (me and my friends) have letters, big and small, and numbers. No spaces. But some other characters might also be allowed, what type of characters did you try?

    I tried everything; a capital and some numbers, all capitals, all numbers, all lowercase with numbers, everything doesn't meet the requirement..
