Name Format for Sims Mobile?

Just started to play sims mobile while ago and then after reaching lvl 6 it asks me to enter a player name but whatever name I try to enter doesn't match with the format. Can anybody tell me the form...

    Hi everyone,

    I guess you all already managed to change the name, but just in case you didn't or someone finds this thread in the future...:

    If this happens, please, close your game and open it again. You shoud be able to enter your name now 🙂

    You still need to keep it to letters and numbers, no emojis or spaces please

Hi so I reached level 6 and now its telling me to enter a player name NOTHING WORKS I have tried everything absolute everything someone help please
