Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Generally, sometimes I play and the next time I log in, it acts as if the last playing session has not occurred and I'm set back. Sometimes my rewards are lost. Very annoying. For example, yesterday afternoon around 3 PM CDT, I had a baby named Violet and when I went back into the game after work, the baby was missing. It was as if someone had rebooted a server and all of my changes were lost. I had to make a new baby named Max. Poor Violet! Anyway, have seriously thought about stopping my Sims Mobile playing since this has happened so often.
What do you expect to see? All of my rewards, level changes and especially babies still need to be there the next time I log in.
