Network Error

Hi,

I am unable to  log in sims mobile for 2mins.i keep getting kicked out of game with network.

Even though i am connected to internet

Things i have aldready tried

1) i cleared cache and data and uninstalled and reinstalled app.it didnt solve  error

2) i also disabled re enabled appp

Please help me as i am doing a limited career quest.this is my second day with error.this all started  with the sweet treat event update
