[Not a bug] Can’t find Skyline Luxury Dress and Glitzy Gemstone Choker

Product: The Sims Mobile
Platform:Apple iPhone

OS Version iOS 15.7.2
How often does the bug occur? Occasionally (10% - 49%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Checking the sweet treat challenge rewards
What do you expect to see? To use/see my purchased rewards

Hey everyone,

I just finished two rounds of the sweet treat challenge and got two rewards.  

Usually it would be in the inventory but I don’t have the rewards in either the closet(inventory) nor in the catalog. The purchase went through but still they don’t show up on the inventory what can I do?

    Hi.. I just wanna know, how can both the items be a "male" item? A male doesn't wear a dress, does he? Please explain this

    @blcbggvinn5l Sure they can wear dresses 😊 There’s a similar dress like this one in female CAS wardrobe.

    I'm sorry, but that is a whole lot of bullcrap. It's definitely a bug. Kindly fix it. Pls see the attachment. The image containing the dress is a female figurine. And going by the previous trends, every such events contains garments for both the sexes. Whether you accept this or not, its bug. Kindly send this to the dev team.

    @blcbggvinn5l Hi, I’m sorry this is not a bug, dress is named ‘Star Light Star Bright Gown’ in women CAS.

    Most of the items in this STS are for male sims. The female figure in the prize icons is slimmer on the waist than male sim. I think your feedback on the icon is good since it can be interpreted differently. The game could be clearer about the gender of the STS prizes since the wardrobes are divided by gender.

    i got a dress from the event but i can only use it on my male sims but its a female dress and i cant use it to my female sims
