How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Visit a career location. You'll see an ancient NPC as your co-worker
What do you expect to see? The game replaces the ancient NPC co-worker with a new one after several days.

My ancient career co-worker doesn't change after some while. The game is supposed to change them with younger sims after they turned elder.
I have this particular problem too... elderly coworker. will they fix it?
- @stephanieeleaz1 I make my playable Sims establish relationships with the elder coworkers. I keep retiring three of my Sims very often and after a while new young coworkers have arrived.

I have had almost nothing but elder NPCs in my game since the very beginning. And they don’t change or move on, so I’ve married them all and can only Mayberry playing sims or my own now. Here are some examples.
