    I am having the same problem. Player ID is on top of the image. It doesnt help to adjust the head bc it doesnt change the spot.

      Thank you for the reports 🙂 If you change the face width to be a little smaller it shouldn't show the clipping any more.

        @SimGuruMaaike this does not change the result during actual game play. It only fixes the problem in CAS. The bald spot is visible during game play no matter what settings are on, as well as the bottom icon showing up with the bald spot. That is not a solution as far as while I am using my sim.
