I am having the same problem. Player ID is on top of the image. It doesnt help to adjust the head bc it doesnt change the spot.

EA StaffThank you for the reports 🙂 If you change the face width to be a little smaller it shouldn't show the clipping any more.
@SimGuruMaaike this does not change the result during actual game play. It only fixes the problem in CAS. The bald spot is visible during game play no matter what settings are on, as well as the bottom icon showing up with the bald spot. That is not a solution as far as while I am using my sim.
it actually happens in CAS as well. This is with the face width setting set to the middle of the bar (which in my opinion would be the average face size) this shows up in the closet. Not upon creating the face. Adjusting the setting to smaller actually also clips the front of the hair. As shown in the first and fourth images. And when her head is turned the opposite direction, the hair is in the ear as shown in the second image.
- This seems fixed, but after playing with face width and such it showed up again.
