Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Not sure... but when I send my sims to a party no one can see them.

My sims are not being seen at parties. Pleas help I love giving and receiving stickers.
This was taken yesterday, March 03, 2019. My sims' stickers have regressed back to zero.
I have the same problem. This also results in not being able to do all activities because some players only have 2 sims in the household and you sometimes need 3 to be able to do a certain activity.
This could also be why my sims aren’t getting stickers also. I don’t know how to check it but I’ve always got some sticker weekly. I only got 1 sticker between 4 sims yesterday.

Just experienced this at 23:36 CEST at @SalixCat party. No Sims showed up, no sims on the sidewalk. Just my two Sims (ones spawned in with an interaction) in an empty house.
Workaround is to return home/switch location and go back to the party.
Friends show up at other locations.
