@EA_DragonsEye He was removed and jist reappeared one day and is still there with no options to do anything about it. Must have been a few weeks before my original post that he appeared.

I also have the same problem. I can’t remove the passive sim called Lyda Owens from the household but all other passive sims were able to be moved out of the house without problem, even passive sims that came after her. No option to move her out.

I have three Sims that I removed from the family portrait, but since the update they have returned and like you have no option to remove them.

@EA_DragonsEye I have just gone and moved him into my second house and he is still inaccessible via the family portrait, same as the screenshot I posted just new family.

I'm currently on generation 8 and the sim was from generation 4.

There seems not much interest in fixing this issue anytime soon. Could really use a better reporting system for this game.
