I fully support this petition! It’s essential that EA allows us to keep the years of time and money we’ve invested. Since the final update already includes unlimited energy and unlocks all items, the technical barriers for an offline mode are minimal.
We demand a final update that creates a permanent offline mode with a full save transfer. This must move all our current progress—including paid items, high-level Sims, and upgraded homes—from their servers to our devices.
Please, everyone, sign the petition! We need to show them this is a consumer rights issue!
