@yani_tsm I havent retired anybody and only had base 6 traits. Sim a has better at cooking and better at career while sim b has better at career. My sim a has cooking career and sim b has fashion career. They didnt wear izzy outfits. Same level 5 and same standard event. Sim a could only speed up time by 2 mins per 2 energies while sim b could speed up time by 7-9 mins per 2 energies. It just didnt make sense but hinestky im tired of how random it is and just accepted it as a reality of life. Right now they have maxed their careers but its just weird. It also happened in relationship story. My sim c finished a standard relationship event with 30 plus more energies while another sim barely finished a quick relationship event with 30 energies. Both sims had relationships past level 6...
