I alternate between iphone and ipad, and its been working fine until today. Was building my house and putting in my expensive furniture/stuff that I already own, and suddenly when I open the game again, all progress is lost AND i can’t find any of my items in my storage. It’s like it vanished into thin air, but my simoleons or simcash show that I did spend on those items already.
any advice??? Super bummed.
Me too! My whole stairs and entire rooms with new cabinets, kitchen, dining room, AND living room were gone. I am so peeved :(
The money being gone is the worst because now I have to update close to 25k worth of stuff. I also tried every way to contact EA support, but their stupid form keeps asking me to select a console, but it does not have a drop-down menu, so I can put any random thing on it. Also, apparently, it does not accept Xbox, PlayStation, and such as valid answers too. There is no way to get in contact with the EA team, and it's honestly so frustrating.
