Thank you, I have had nothing but issues getting hold of them. I fill out a ticket, they send an email, then I can’t reply to the email. So I go to the website and there is no way to reply there. I have iOS IPhone I had someone try on a computer and it didn’t have an option either. Thank you for the link. I will try again. Renee
