Re: Bed blocked by elder sim

Unfortunately I can’t do any events with him because he’s greyed out (see screenshot). I did not get the baby. When I first go to the home from a location he appears out of the bed and then disappears but it’s too fast for me to get a screenshot. That’s how I figured out it was him blocking the bed.

Could you try clearing the cache:

It might just trigger it, I'll at least flag the issue. Not a great timing of this retirement pop up....

Hm, I'm not sure what else we could do. Are you able to move the bed maybe? Or move the entire room to storage?

If not, I'd suggest contacting EA.

You can do so through The Sims Mobile app. Open the side menu, choose the gear icon, then the button with 'Help'.
This will open your browser, scroll down until you see 'Contact Us' and choose 'Technical Support'.
