Hi, can I ask why you are reinstalling the game? Reinstalling a game is always risky and is a last resort when all else fails. I downloaded the game to my new tablet and waited a really long time. The download bar didn't show up at all until the end. We always have to wait for the download panel to finish. Your game data appears to be incomplete and your game progress has reverted to level 1 and your cloud progress has been overwritten. Before uninstalling the game, always make sure everything is saved in the game on social networks eg EA, Facebook, Twitter, Google Play. You will need to contact the EA team to rewrite you a new ID. Unfortunately, I can't help you with that. It's really hard to get in touch with an EA expert. Good luck and let me know how it goes. @widhidewangga
