Yeah everything is up to date, the Samsung galaxy s9 the sims mobile game, just everything

But since about 3 weeks I'm struggling with the game.

First the sims stuck in events, couldn't do any move. I was following the instructions from the support team. Reinstalling the game etc. i lost items, hairlooms. Actually whole days of playing. Then after buying items the simoleons or sim cash was gone, but the items were not in my inventory. And now the newest thing.... I can't go to Izzy's. I've got over 50 fashion gems..
