@passionatepolly The heirloom seems to be locked in your second picture.
Do you have the heirloom? Please share a screenshot of the heirloom you got.

This is a love story, so you need to start a romance relationship in order to be able to choose the Pumpkin Spice Lovers story.

The Pumpkin Spice Lovers relationship heirloom was one of the rewards form the Harvestfest event. You probably read a guide from 2018 about the event, which is no longer valid as the heirloom is now available for players to purchase.

    I purchased the story with the tickets. If you see the screenshot I purchased it but it is still locked as you stated. Do you think that I need to try to purchase it again?

    I also have the same problem. As shown in the photos I have unlocked the item and I have the heirloom that unlocks the story in my inventory. Βut when i go to start a story with a new sim (Begin a Friendship event) it doesn't appear as a story (the Pumpkin spice lovers). What I have to do?

    @Blueberryk00 For some reason I can’t open the last attachment but Pumpkin spice lover story should show up when you start with flirty instead of friendly, so you start with ’first date’ event instead of ‘begin a friendship’ event.
