Purchase problem

I purchased a bundle 6 days ago where I was supposed to recieve 350 simcash over 7 days which I have not recieved I've filled out 20+ tickets have spoken to loads of agents who have done nothing accept telling me I need to fill out more tickets and telling me to contact the mobile department which I have with no response really why is getting support so difficult and stressful please can you fix this
