Same with xiaomi mi 8. Guess i dont have to play this game cuz iam stuck on every party quest. lol.

The same problem on my phone Alcatel one touch pop 3. I cannot access the menue because this button is not active, cannot connect to googleplay games because of that, so cannot save into the cloude  and transfer the data into another divice. Besides, the game does not want to start on Samsung galaxy ace 3 at all - just a white screen after loading
