Let's try to see if we can find the cause 🙂

Could you try to restart the device that's resetting your status? Just turn it off completely and turn it on again.

Also, please, make sure to completely close the game in your first device before switching to the other one.

Hope that helps, but in case it doesn't, are you using the same internet connection on both devices?
