also have this issue. I did contact EA Help, but they told me that they know about this bug and referred me to this page.

I have spent 5,250 balloons so far and only received 1 new item (30 sim cash) and the rest of the boxes either gave me a "winged gargoyle" or a color in the "daily cropped sweater." Duplicate colors are giving simoleans as rewards but the winged gargoyle is not.
I've opened the Mega & Fabulous Anniversary packs and apart from 3 items the rest have been the cauldron 6 times in a row just now, I am getting simoleans for this duplicate item though.

Its not for the simileons, but what do I need the 3 loveseat for. Restoring these seats costs allot of simileons to repair🤬
Some repairments are so expensive.
