Re: [Feedback] Sweet Treat Showdown - Charming Gardens

I personally think that this time around is not any better. I decided to not use any cupcakes and Simcash (ok, I used 15 but it was an accident). So basically only using Simoleons only and I am no way near getting the grand prize.

I still need 25 of the normal treat box and 19 Royal boxes. I keep on failing on the 9 level and 10 level challenges. This is the fifth day where I’ve not won anything in the bake off challenge. The last challenge I’ve done today, I failed on the last level. Why does it fail when you’re on 94%? I am not paying 250 Sim cash.

@GracieSeven Why don't you stop before the last level? I normally stop at level 7. You play it safer, you get less reward but at least you are sure that you get something.

Because quitting mid challenge will not grant me Royal tokens. I’ve tried it before and even bought royal tokens when available but they jus get added to the basket and if you quit you don’t get them.

that's how I did it, I didn't use any coins, I actually earnt them in the challenge. I collect a mixture of things, then pull out of the event once I run out of sugar cubes.

the main thing I used sim cash on was starting the challenge earlier than waiting 5 plus hours.

finally paid off, I've finished it!

photo is my sim with the hairstyle.

and... the wishing well is huge! seems a tad wrong when put against other items, size wise. 🤔

@GracieSeven if you finish a round, and collect and quit you will get them? forfeiting loses them I assume? I haven't done that, but I always do leave early and collect what's in the basket.

@GracieSeven when you've run out of cubes, finish off the round, and if you win collect the prizes in the basket by pressing collect and quit. you'll get anything you've collected to that point.
I usually collect and quit when cubes run out, rather than trying to make it to the end. you can add them up easily enough.
the first few rounds generally you can get away with not using any cubes. I usually go 3 rounds baking straight off. the 80% Mark seems to work, even if it doesn't, it will cost less sim cash to continue than the later rounds do.

I've completed the event, so if you need any more help let me know. I only used sim cash, not really any cupcakes and definitely no coins.
