@JuliaLouise1 This is about not having any adverts. What you're pointing to is the game crashing because of adverts. Two different issues. 

@Sylar_JT do you still have this issue?

I am having issues getting videos at BOTH my mailbox and after completing events.   Click on the blue arrow and then nothing happens!

I know I missed at least 6-7 videos just this morning 😩 

and I live for those rewards-  like literally

It seems like it works one day on & then 2 or 3 days off

I know you guys have all kinds of issues & bugs you’re working on 

but I’m still not getting Adverts about 98% of the time.  I click on the blue Arrow/Mailbox—then nothing.  I  “might”  get 2 that work per day.  

This is getting so frustrating, since it’s nearly the only way to get many of the necessary rewards.    Please & Thank You
