@Storrybook7173 I would recommend reaching out to an advisor on Twitter at @EAHelp so we can see why you aren't seeing the pack on your account at this point, I've just checked again and on our side it shows that it's available and waiting to be opened.

  • So I did that and they are giving me the same run around and instructions as the advisors who email me. I go Into the game and click everywhere they tell me and then they just email me and tell me they can’t help me unless I access help in the game. I’ve never seen anything setup so stupidly
