Furniture missing

So last night i decorated my house on my phone and this morning i wanted to play on my ipad. But then i noticed that all my furniture, windows door etc are missing. I bought the floor level update yesterday and completed it on mu phone before decorating. When i opening the app on my ipad i didn’t complete the floor level update there. Maybe there are connections but i dont for sure. I tried restarting the game and deleting it and downloading it again but nothing worked. Im just a little frustrated because i also bought the simoleon plant which is now also missing.

somebody got any tips on what i should or can do now?
