It is not possible to stop or cancel a party once you have started it. Can I ask why do you want to stop your party?

Too long can't do some of the things
@shemekia27 your Sims don't need to be at the party, especially now during an special event. You can send your Sims to work on any shifts you want.
Players who attend your party will see what I call clones of your Sims and will be able to give them stickers.
- I know it’s not possible to cancel a party, but there have been times when I wished I could have cancelled it. I don’t think I can do relationship events with two of my sims while hosting a party, and waiting 12 hours is pretty long.
