Re: If i get a new phone will that effect my Sims mobile

Hello, I have a new phone and not sure how to transfer my  existing The Sims Mobile account to it.

I went to Play store and downloaded The Sims Mobile on my new phone, but when I opened its asking me create, as if I'm new. 

I cannot open The sims mobile on my old phone because the last update I couldn't update it because the  storage was full. Can you help what can I do?
