Hello! Since the Sims Mobile released today, I wanted to download it but Google Play said my device was not compatible. However, I have an Android with version 7.0, so I don't know why it isn't compatible.

What device do you have? Running 7.0 doesn't mean your device is strong enough to run the app on.

Sadly it looks like Google Play is right, the RAM in your phone is a bit weak... ☹️
How would you know what the ram is for the game? Mine isn't even compatible and I have devices with 2gb of ram

The app store will tell you if you can play the app or not.
I find that weird because it's not even on the app store on my device and I was able to play the apk version.

Samsung Galaxy Tab A Is there a list of devices that work with this game because I can't even find one. It doesn't even tell you how much ram you need to play. Like I said the APK app is running the game fine on my tablet.
Not that I know of sadly. Do you have enough space on your tablet to download the game?
It has 1.9 gb left of storage
- Sims freeplay works fine. Sims mobile doesn't. Everything works exept sims mobile. This is rubbish! Thanks ea for getting everyone exited for an app that doesn't work for most people.

- The sims freeplay is a bigger game then sims mobile as it is 1 G. The Powerful phone system is not true Because even new phones don't work. The app isn't even on the Google play app.

I didn't mean bigger in the sense of installation size 😉
Keep in mind The Sims FreePlay was released 7 years ago, and technology and mobile phones have changed a lot in that time. Your phone might be able to run The Sims FreePlay but not The Sims Mobile.
You can buy a new phone today, yes, and it can be unable to run the game - depends on how powerful your new phone is. It's the same than with computers: you can buy a new computer today, but if it's not designed to run games, it might not be able to run them.

-MaiExactly, my Nokia 8 isn't on the compatible list but it installs and runs just fine. There are lots of factors that determine if a game will or will not run on a phone e.g. compatibility with a certain manufacturers software on top of Android.

Hahaha, yes that's my post. I'm looking for devices that are able to run the game. We sadly don't have a list yet of Android devices that are able to run the game.
So if it's not on there I can add it if it runs on your phone!
