@JustJazzy81  I've heard of this problem several times, haven't experienced it myself.

20.000 Simoleons is a lot, considering how long it takes for our Sims to earn that amount of coins.

If you want, you can send in a Help Ticket from your in-game app.

A Help Ticket from your in-game account is a message that brings through needed details directly to mobile advisors. 

Using other methods like Facebook or Twitter will only delay support and  you will be asked to go back and send an in-game help ticket.

    @SalixCat Hi thanks for that. Ill give it a go. Sadly it happens a lot with my Sim cash too. All the hard work and purchase packs only to see it go missing!? It's certainly frustrating.
