I’ve tried all I can to contact these people and their emails and outsourced phone team are robotic. They’ve done nothing to address the deeper issues, and many of us are having a lot of trouble with the game since the harvest event that was never fixed or acknowledged. It’s quite sad. If nothing is fixed before the winter fest, I’m not sure I’ll be joining in on it. It stinks but I already have a child stuck that’s I’ve mentioned all over the place to get the exposure out, I have retired sims missing from my portrait in past generations that retired during the event. I believe they’re all stuck in events that can’t be ended because the game glitches. All of these things as well As others need to be fixed. Only issue that seemingly got fixed was the disappearing work, hobby and relationship sessions.

I feel your pain & frustration!
So many of us have tried to voice their dissatisfaction with the way EA has responded to (or not) about the continuing Glitches, Party Crashes, disappearing Career/Hobby Shifts & Building Lock Outs, Item Limits, Sim spontaneous gender changing, the whole HarvestFest Quest Debacle, the horrible Nov2018 “update” Patch which included the ridiculously outrageous colors pricing for already purchased items, clothing and hairstyles & disappearing wall/floor finishes.
Many Sims Players are going on to social media to try to get their voices heard. Even Game Reviewers are scratching their heads about how things are being handled.
If you’re on Twitter you can use the hashtags #SimsNObile & also #SimsMobile and #SimsFansSolidarity to get to tweet to several of the @ SimsGurus and. @ ea Directly.
Many disgusted players are going to the App Stores & dropping their rating to a 1 star & giving bad reviews to try & warn any potential new sims gamers about all the above stated concerns & new money grabbing changes.
Also, many players stopped Clicking on the Reward Ads hoping that ad revenues will drop to draw more attention to TPTB at EA of how deeply betrayed & disrespected Sims gamers are feeling right now.
Finally & sadly many are just Deleting the game and not looking back.

@katclawsx3 I am too addicted to delete it, but I wont spend any more of my hard earned real money on this until they do the right thing by us fans. I've also been one of those who changed their 5 star app store rating to a 1 star rating. I'm so sad that this is what it's coming to. I use 2 devices to play 2 different sims mobile games. One thing in particular I've noticed is that the patches worked much better on the game I play on the android device. My iPad is still bugging out much worse and it's frustrating that no one cares at EA. I really hope someone decides to care. It's sad for the game itself and for all of us who love it dearly.
