@JulesDarling You can have a baby with any Sim you have a Level 3 Relationship with...I think they have to be Friends or Flirty, not Rivals though. ☺

@JulesDarling  I had a Sim, Tyler, that "helped" in a bunch of relationships too! ☺😁

So, am I understanding this correctly, my sim Blake can have a relationship with another sim, they can have a baby that stays wtth  Blake?

 Cause he kind of has a crush on her, but she might be married or in a relationship already?

If I asked her to move in and the other player allows it, do I have to have a playable slot for her by retiring one or both of Blake’s parents?

I want for both Blake & his sister to start their own families already, but don’t really get the whole Trading Sims things go,  

I don’t have anyone I want to trade right now 😟

Your Sim can have a baby with another Sim if they have a friendly or romantic relationship level of 3 or higher. The baby will stay with you.

If you want another player's Sim to move in you must have a playable slot available. They must agree to your request to have their Sim move in with you. If they agree then the Sim moves in and becomes yours. There's really no way to know before hand if they're going to be willing. That's why under the pinned thread "Threads you don't want to miss out on" there's a Sim trading thread- finding a partner for your Sim. Sorry I don't know how to share links yet. On the Sim trading thread you can find someone before hand that's willing to give you their Sim. It makes it a lot easier that way. You don't have to trade one of your Sims to do it. You can just find a partner for your Sim.

Well, Blake finally took the plunge & is happily Married to Sara 

They are on their “honeymoon” hoping to start their family 

I guess Sara technically will be his common law wife until/ /if I ever get the courage to see if I can ask the other player to let her go. 

What if if he/she posts on this forum & finds out that way!?! GASP!

I don’t see how his mom would show that on her profile, but maybe someone else would know?  

It’s all so ... seemly 🤭. 

I don’t know if I would go this route again with another players sim.  

I like the feeling of a real family unit where both parents can interact with their child instead of just one.  At least the grandparents & aunt  have been able to interact a lot with the little guy

@katclawsx3I don’t think it’s seemly because they don’t know. I did it for genetic reasons. The female sim has been a love interest since I started the game. They retired the sim but she showed up as still being able to have an offspring with my sim. I did go to their party and I tried to explain but no one spoke English and I do not speak Spanish.

I get why you wouldn’t do it again , you want the whole experience. I personally think that I would do it again, having only one active male it has been Simmer, Simmer, Simmer around my house for a very long time 😊

Mine always do as well.  They are over the top polite and flirty but absolutely harmless and gentlemanly, even when there is an Alex.  He'll take everyone he can to the hot tub but no woohoo.

@BlueWizardRob  Well they are superheros, so what do you expect.  I think gentlemanly is bred into their genes.  😉
