Relationships with other players in sims mobile

If I start a relationship with a sim with the blue plumbob(other real player) will that player also have that relationship in their sim's stories? Will that sim move into my sim's house or the other w...

@themummyof4 Can you have a baby with another players Sim without asking them to move in? Example: I have a relationship with another players Sim and when I click on the crib it list a bunch of Sims including this Sim. According to the crib I can have a baby with her. True?
