Hello. Sadly I'm having this issue too. Two days ago I realized one of my passive sims was missing.

How often does the bug occur?: Often (50% - 99%)
Steps. How can we find the bug ourselves?: I had a passive sim in one of my residences and when I looked for him was just gone.
