I have thank you and they have given me more simCash. I thought that I have lost Sim Cash before but I didn't have proof. Now I will just screenshot my game everyday and with every purchase so I can prove it, there is no proof in game at all. So at the end of the day it is our word against theirs :'(
Another Game Advisor might be able to find the proof you can't provide, that's why I'm suggesting contacting EA again.

I already spoke to 3 🙄 got hung up on as well it’s not worth the stress. Thankfully someone gave me some more Simpoints on my case. If I have to contact them again I will probably stop playing 😢
