No way! After my update I’ve not had any problems as of yet I’m sure Ea_Mai will come across this and help you out! Have you tried emailing them in contact us - https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/?product=the-sims-mobile&platform=iphone&category=technical-support&issue=downloads
