- the system should recognize when the “where is the network?” pops up, postponing gameplay for minutes, hours, days, weeks, etc and missing out on simple gameplay & events
- other glitches deserve a compensation too!

- LESS repeated responses
- get to that issue and not drag the conversation on over something simple, and leave the case open for several days or weeks
