    @VintageStarlette I made a report, but if their advice is the same as last time, to roll back or make a new account... ugh, just crushing. I could wait it out I suppose, but this event will be over in a few days. I really wish they would do more testing on these quest updates before releasing them, seems one buggy glitch after another and still waiting on bugs to be fixed (Izzy) not sure why they keep pushing more out when others haven’t even been fixed yet.

    And that’s why i wont be bothering to contact EA.  They mostly send you back here for help or in this case or, like in the last event, dont do anything so you just have to try finish it no matter what time you’ve lost.  I can’t exactly contact them though the Sims Mobile app if i can’tget Into the thing, can i?!  Frustrating!

    @sweedeypy @Finealta Phantomlover told me we can report bugs on Twitter and their Social Media account (I don't know. Is that FB?). I know on Twitter they answer a ton of people pretty quickly. She told me that on the Bug Report I put on the Bug Boards today. Or, maybe you could add yours to mine. All the problems still have to do with the Internet Quest. It is so frustrating not being able to get into the game. I wish they would test this stuff before they release it too. @sweedeypy if you have copy of your ID # post that too. They seem to answer the Bug and Technical Boards a lot faster than they do the Game Info Board. Oh, and why did they release this on a Friday! We don't even know if anyone works there on Saturday and Sunday. 😖😟

    @sweedeypy Because you can't get into your game, I was looking around and you can contact EA through your Origins Account if that helps. I'm just trying to help. {{Hugs}} 😮

    Thanks @PaQuilter1 It took me three times to complete that to do list.  Every time i managed to get into the game and set my sims to do the events , when i closed the app and returned, it’d reset again.  I desperately tried to stay and get the unfinished tasks done hoping it wouldn’t crash in the middle until it was completed.  Doing the “biz” one now and if that resets then ill contact them, but no doubt they’ll send me back here anyway, so i dont see the point.  I really love this game but this happens with every event or item add drop they do and its beyond ridiculous. They need to start making them proper updates instead of dumps into the app while we’re using them and maybe it wouldn’t stuff up all our games.

    @PaQuilter1, yes I saw where there was another option/link to make a report, which I did, but unless this miraculously fixes itself with tomorrow’s reset, I won’t be waiting on support, I’m not too keen on their advice. Thank you for helping! Can use all the help we can get with this game 😀😂

    So i ended up sending a stupid report to EA because now not only did it reset stuff again, but i currently have two sims doing that biz event 🤬

    I’m sooooo over this.  Honestly.

    The vlogger event isn't worth it.  It is structured so that I cannot finish it.  requirement 15 is to buy three wardrobe items and I have already purchased all of the wardrobe items.  So no finishing for me.

  • @BlueWizardRob What?! I'd write EA about that! Surely there's some recourse or something they can do to accommodate you. You know you're likely not the only one! 🙁

    @BlueWizardRob Even though I bought the hobby I have Quests to do. They want me to buy a top but I bought all the tops. The only thing I can hope is that means we are getting new wardrobe items in the future.  They really need to think these things through because there are so many players at Level 40 who have bought everything we can get our hands on. 😟

    Well i’m Pretty sure i did task 14 this morning but apparently I’m up to that now so i’m doing task 14... again.  No word from EA since one dept palmed me off to the other. As for the roughing up... take your pic! 💟

    @BlueWizardRob @PaQuilter1 thats just not right.  If new events are going to be created, they should accommodate players from every level. You’re basically being punished for playing their game so much and sinking cash into it.

  • @Finealta I've noticed here and there my game gets kicked back, but it's usually to the point I just recently accessed—no more than 5 minutes or so. And since I get the completion bonuses twice, I haven't really complained. That's gonna bite me in the rear though when it sets me back a half a day. 😨 I think my problem may be internet-connection related, but yours is definitely some kind of bug.

    @VintageStarlette I could deal with 5 min or so set backs!  They still haven’t been able to sort it and i’m At task 16 now working around the clock to get this done in one day.  They handballed me to one dept, now i’m onto another and their latest advice was to try checking other apps running... how i would know which apps to check and know which would be interfering, i don’t know And to stop any scanning software, which i don’t have 🙄

    Don't put bug reports on Twitter, those belong in the bug forum. With some issues it's best to contact EA which is possible through social media as well.

    The social media are mostly for when you need to contact EA because other ways don't work. With The Sims Mobile it's always best to go through the app to contact them.

    Collecting bugs works best through the forums, they get added to the bug list. We have Simsguru Maaike checking every now and again, Mai is sending info to the team. 

    And I just harvest, sadly I can't fix most of the bugs. But they will be most visible on the bug forum.

    I might add the [Open] to the post, and send the person to EA. I do this because I think the bug might get fixed by EA for that user.
    But the team does need to know about the bug so it can get fixed and prevented for other players.

    So I always need the report to add to the list. How someone contacts EA about the issue after could be through social media or through the website or app (is they can still access the app)

    @Phantomlover1717 I just want to send people to the best place when we can't help them and the other day even the Bug Reports were acting buggy and these Boards were down for awhile the other night too, but I'll send them to the Bug Reports. Promise. 😉😊

    This happened to me also. I should have completed the event but was unable to due to tasks resetting, even though I used many cupcakes to try and catch up on tasks I had already supposedly finished. This is so frustrating that it should have unlocked, I do not want to pay to have to unlock what I should have with time and effort. I am almost level 40 and was looking forward to new content. I reported the bug but told I would receive no response but the bug would be added to the list. It has been fixed but the event is over. Did everyone else have chance to complete it? Is there any sign of compensation to those who could not complete the event due to the bugs?

    I been thru four different EA team members asking about compensation and screen shooted my complete event.  Told I was finally offered 50 simolens!   Wow.      So generous right

    The same thing happened to me!! I was in the process of completing 16 of the 18 event and after the restart I had less than 48 hrs to complete the event. So my only option is to buy it now. And the boost I used to finish this event early lost

    I was offer 50 simelones !! As compensation
