@Phantomlover1717 is right, you can find My Cases in EA Help - just in case, this is the exact link to the page: https://help.ea.com/en/my-cases/

Maybe put that link in your emails. It is less frustrating for the users.

This page is also found if you're just looking through the Account drop down on the EA Help website.
