Really long ads

I keep getting really long ad videos like 2-5 minutes, is there anyway to tell EA that this is completely unacceptable? They used to be 15-30 seconds, I find that extremely greedy of them to expect someone to sit that long for 1 common sim ticket.

Also are they ever going to fix the fluffy towel and soap items? I noticed they just removed the energy description a while back instead of actually fixing the energy problem... typical EA
