Relationships with other players in sims mobile

If I start a relationship with a sim with the blue plumbob(other real player) will that player also have that relationship in their sim's stories? Will that sim move into my sim's house or the other w...

As already mentioned, they won't know until you ask them to move in.

If they accept that sim will move into your house.
