The Roommate Race walkthrough got a fresh new look! 
In addition, some little icons that show you where you need to be to perform the step's action.
It's a difficult quest to do, so good luck if you still need to!

Just as a quick note, it says 2 hours for #8 of day 4, but it should really say 12 hours.

The part where we have to complete 2 star events ain't happening. 

My both aims have completed various events regarding career , hobbies and relationships but still can't cross that .... It's not recognising. . 

What to do ? How to do ?

Literally got to quest 15/17 on the roommate race with the use of all my cash and cupcakes for it to run out of time. Absolute BS. 

Play smart, not harder. I believe it's possible to redo it. Calculate the events and head start the standard and long events so they will be finished side by side with the locked time events that can only be skipped with simcash. Right now there are 3 hours for my fifth day to begin, 40 minutes before I will start a standard event, which will be finished just in time to begin a long event. I believe I'll be done with about 3 hours left. Haven't used a single cupcake (only have 3) and I'm saving the bed recharge only if anything goes wrong. You wasted your resources in the hope it would stick, manage them better next, the quest is possible with good time management and no real money.

@alicewyckoff The roommate race quest is for the third Sim slot. The fourth one can only be unlocked with Sim cash. 

Running into the same issue. Energy isn’t a problem. Time is. They don’t give you enough time to finish everything. I’m on 7 of 17 in ch5, have to do 2 standard events and have 1 hour left. How am I supposed to powerhouse through the rest in under an hour. Total hogwash. And for those who’ll say “just try it again” this was my 6th attempt at this quest. This is BULL.
